Covid - 19 Policy

The practice is currently seeing patients face to face, with the appropriate Covid-19 procedures in place, recommended by PHE and the CSP. 


All clients will be asked to complete a Covid-19 questionnaire on arrival, temperature checked and asked to wear a face mask.
